Objective To carry out prenatal molecular diagnosis on 3 fetuses from different pedigrees with X-linked adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD).
目的對(duì)3名來(lái)自不同家系的腎上腺腦白質(zhì)營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良（ALD）攜帶者所懷胎兒進(jìn)行産前分子診斷。
Conclusion This was the first time that CLS was diagnosed by molecular method in China, which provided a genetic basis for gene diagnosis and prenatal diagnosis of CLS.
結(jié)論本研究是國(guó)內(nèi)首次在分子水平確診CLS患者，爲(wèi)CLS的基因診斷和産前診斷提供遺傳基礎(chǔ)。
