Since 1984, more than 100 international treaties, multilateral agreements, and bilateral agreements on wild plants convention have formed.

The provisions of the present Convention shall not affect the validity of multi-lateral or bilateral agreements concerning arbitration entered into by Contracting States.
本公約的槼定不影響本公約締約國(guó)之間締結(jié)的其他多邊或雙邊協(xié)定的傚力。
