Re sults There were a lot of epithelioid cells distributed in pile connected each other with thin pinc of cytoplasm and there were multinuclear giant cells and no caseous necrosis.
結(jié)果:主要特點(diǎn)是見到大量上皮樣細(xì)胞散在分佈或成團(tuán)分佈,還有多核巨細(xì)胞,前者核較肥胖,胞漿呈粉紅色,細(xì)胞互相連接成團(tuán),沒見乾酪樣壞死,與結(jié)核病不同。
