通過對航空公司現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)倉庫中客戶信息的分析,針對客戶關(guān)系管理中忠誠度這一問題,提出了一種基于數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)的客戶忠誠度計算模型;并通過實(shí)驗對客戶群進(jìn)行了聚類分析,從而為航空公司針對不同客戶群制定實(shí)施客戶關(guān)懷,完善客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)提供一定的理論依據(jù)。
