隨著現(xiàn)代羽毛球運(yùn)動(dòng)水平的不斷提高,競(jìng)賽規(guī)則的不斷修改和完善,尤其是實(shí)行“每局21分,每球得分制”新規(guī)則后,與舊規(guī)則相比比賽中不再有“失球而不失分”的情況,“每球必爭(zhēng)”體現(xiàn)的更加淋漓盡致,同時(shí)使羽毛球比賽時(shí)間縮短,運(yùn)動(dòng)員體力相對(duì)充沛,比賽攻防節(jié)奏加快,比賽的強(qiáng)度增大,對(duì)抗性明顯提高,對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的體能提出了更高的要求,并成為決定運(yùn)動(dòng)成績(jī)的重要因素。
